Frannie Perry, a junior at Templeton High in California, won the Division 3 girls title at the Central Section Championships by covering the 5-kilometer layout in 19:00.87 at Woodward Park in Fresno, Calif. Perry led Templeton to a 10th-place finish as a team with 290 points, advancing to race Nov. 25 at the CIF State Cross Country Championships at Woodward Park.
